  • Because this platform is a crucial part of their business operations, they wanted to focus even more on enhancing the platform's security. They aimed to eliminate concerns regarding data security and overall cybersecurity.

Solution

  • The application has been significantly secured. Security protocols were established and implemented, access to applications was secured, public endpoints were protected, and access tokens are now automatically checked after a certain period.
  • A cloud infrastructure has been set up that can be managed automatically. This significantly enhances the scalability of the application. Servers now scale automatically as needed.
  • Updates and optimizations were made to existing workflows and technologies.

Approach

  1. In the first phase, we primarily listened to MindCapture's needs, concerns, and challenges.

  2. A detailed action plan was created, transparently outlining what we would address and how we would approach each issue.

  3. The needs were divided into individual solutions, which were tackled one by one. After each improvement, a feedback round with MindCapture followed.

  4. A report was prepared by we are, clearly documenting all changes made, what actions were taken, and how other developers can work with these updates.

  5. Due to the smooth execution of the project, a second collaboration is planned.
