A digital internal tool for the financial management of projects.

An automated tool that gathers all financial information from different systems. The tool handles the calculations and shows the relevant visualisations. It can be used by every architect assigned to that project.

A financial dashboard that uses a connection between all relevant systems, on which employees and project managers get real-time financial insights.

Approach

A workshop was held in which the difficulties were identified through an analysis of the process, and different solutions were discussed.

A study into the various systems that are possible based on integration, technical complexity and user-friendliness.

Through close collaboration between we are and SVR Architects and quick feedback rounds in the development phase, results followed fast.
