We are an experienced and dynamic company based in Ghent. We develop custom software solutions for SMEs and startups in various sectors. Imagine building Word add-ins based on NLP and RAG to speed up contract writing, or developing software that reads data from hardware devices to enhance festival experiences during live shows. We’re actually helping festivalgoers have the time of their lives.
We’re constantly striving for technological solutions that help move the world forward. We do that by a no-nonsense approach and honest and open communication. To help us with this mission, we are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to oversee customer projects from start to finish and help propel our growth.
What can you expect on a typical day:
- you’re the bridge between our engineering team and our clients. You make sure that everyone’s on the same page and speaking the same language (even if it’s a bit “techy lingo”).
- you truly own the entire project lifecycle. From the first brainstorming session to the final delivery, you’ve got a firm grasp on it, ensuring everything is on track, on time, and on point.
- you are the trusted advisor of our customer. You work closely with the client to define the project scope and turn their ideas into actionable plans for our team.
- you organize workshops to gather all the requirements, craft functional analyses and you keep everyone aligned and excited about what’s coming next.
- you work closely with the team on the technical side to truly understand the complexities, identify potential challenges, and of course, provide stellar solutions for these challenges.
- you keep everyone in the loop by providing regular updates with the client and make sure your team has all the necessary info to build our amazing solutions.
- you keep a close eye on the project scope and budget, making sure we’re delivering the best results without going overboard.
- you are our client’s champion. Even when the project is finished you keep a very good contact with them, by analyzing the outcome of the project, suggesting follow-up projects, and exciting new possibilities along the way. Because you know that in IT, there’s always something evolving. 😉
