A best-effort support is our baseline guarantee: security updates, maintenance, monitoring and a quick response to critical issues. From there, it's your call: prefer a full coverage with 24/7 emergency response and complete peace of mind? The monthly fee depends on what you need. If you just want a small update outside the agreement, we can do hourly rates for that.
