In case you need a little reminder about what the RingMe application exactly is, here's a small recap:
Challenge: Language barriers lead to missed or unprepared hospital appointments, causing stress for patients and time challenges for doctors and staff.
Solution: An application that allows patients to automatically receive appointment reminder calls in their mother tongue (also Dutch). Additionally, they receive extra information and can answer question through the keys on their phone.
